CHR probes Negros Occidental clash

The Commission on Human Rights on Sunday, April 26, said it has initiated an independent investigation into the encounter between the Philippine Army and the New People’s Army in Negros Occidental last April 19 that killed 19 individuals, citing “inconsistencies” in the casualties’ identities.
