Romualdez says he won't be ‘scapegoat’ in flood control mess, tells Ombudsman to ‘follow evidence’

Former House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez on Tuesday said he would “not allow myself to be turned into the scapegoat” in the flood control mess and urged the Office of the Ombudsman to “follow the rule of law and due process.”
